On December 2, 2025, a dialogue platform for students, “The Path to the Summit – A Dialogue with a Hero,” was organized at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College by teachers Ibаtova A.K., Yagaleeva A.Sh., and Tulegenov E.N. The event was held as part of the implementation of the Psychological Support Week Concept, aimed at strengthening students’ psychological health and forming successful life trajectories.

The goal of the meeting was to introduce young people to real stories of personal and professional growth, show an example of overcoming difficulties, and form students’ understanding of the importance of inner resilience, determination, and belief in their own strengths.

The hero of the dialogue was a person whose professional path began within the walls of our college – Alexander Vladimirovich Davydov, a graduate, and today – an equipment engineer and experienced mentor. Alexander Vladimirovich shared the unique experience of participating in regional, national, and world WorldSkills championships, where he repeatedly represented the college and the country, demonstrating the highest level of professional skill in the “Web design” competency.

In a frank dialogue with students, Alexander spoke about his path: from his first steps in college to the most complex world competitions. Participants were able to ask questions about preparation for championships, how to overcome failures and maintain motivation. Particular interest was aroused by the topic of psychological preparation – how to cope with stress at crucial moments, concentrate on the task, and believe in one’s strength.

The event became a vivid and inspiring example of how determination and hard work help achieve professional heights.
