As part of the preventive work with students of the 1TZ-31 group, a curatorial hour was held on the topical topic of droperstvo. The event was aimed at improving financial literacy of students and preventing their involvement in illegal activities.

During the meeting, the curator of the Zhangabylova group, N.D., told the students in detail about who the dropers were and how the attackers involved young people in illegal schemes. Special attention was paid to common methods of recruitment through social networks and messengers, when, under the pretext of “easy earnings”, it is proposed to issue a bank card or provide access to your account for a monetary reward.

The students watched a thematic video in which the real consequences of participating in such schemes were shown using concrete examples. The video explained that even if a person does not directly commit fraud, but provides his bank details to third parties, he becomes an accomplice to the crime and may be criminally liable.

            After viewing, a discussion took place. The students actively asked questions, shared their opinions and came to the conclusion that it was necessary to be attentive to such suggestions, critically evaluate the information and not share their personal data with outsiders.

Conducting such events helps students to develop a responsible attitude towards their own financial security and legal culture in general.
