As part of the Year of Vocational Professions, the college held the professional skills competition “Best Mechanic–2025” for the specialty Mechanical Engineering Technology (by types).
The event aimed to develop students’ practical skills, build professional competence, and enhance their ability to work with tools according to engineering standards.

Students demonstrated their skills in three stages: organizing the workplace while observing safety regulations, manufacturing the parts “Rack” and “Bracket” according to technical drawings using approved tools. Particular interest was sparked by the drilling machine tasks and the precise bending of parts, which required accuracy and close attention to every detail.

Based on the results of the competition, the winners were:
1st place – Stepan Degtyar
2nd place – Yaroslav Orlov
3rd place – Rinat Nauryzbayev

The remaining participants received special nominations for accuracy, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.
The competition was conducted by instructors K.S. Alseitov and K.E. Iskakov, who ensured a high level of organization and adherence to all requirements.
