Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas: From Theory to Practice of Legal Security

On March 31, 2026, a regional Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College via the ZOOM platform. The event focused on current issues regarding legal education and the development of a security culture within the technical and vocational education (TVET) system.

The methodological event was organized by Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College and Pavlodar Service College. Participants in the dialogue platform included deputy directors for educational work, heads of curatorial methodological associations, social educators, and educational psychologists from both regions.

The event was opened by the moderator, L.K. Dyusekeyeva, Deputy Director for Educational Work at Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. In her welcoming remarks, she outlined the key objectives of the panorama and emphasized the strategic importance of implementing the “Law and Order” principle in the modern educational environment.

The main part of the program was dedicated to sharing practical experience:

N.S. Pokidova (Pavlodar Service College) presented a report titled “Legal Labyrinth,” revealing innovative methods for developing legal literacy among students.

G.B. Alimukhanova (Head of the “Parasat” center, Pavlodar) addressed digital hygiene and protecting youth from internet threats, presenting effective mechanisms for cybercrime prevention.

T.V. Naumenko (Educational Psychologist, Kostanay) conducted a detailed analysis of practical cases concerning bullying and cyberbullying, providing educators with clear algorithms for rapid response.

A.A. Vdovikov (Student Group Leader, Kostanay) concluded the practical block by demonstrating the possibilities of gamification in legal education through original quizzes and game-based practices.

As part of the “Open Mic” methodological session, participants engaged in reflection, discussing the viability of the presented ideas and the possibilities for their implementation in daily pedagogical activities. In her closing remarks, L.K. Dyusekeyeva noted the high efficiency of this interregional cooperation and announced the creation of a unified electronic case of materials. This resource will serve as a methodological tool for curators and educational staff to ensure comprehensive security in the educational process.

The constructive dialogue confirmed that the integration of theory and practice is the key to successfully fostering the legal culture of modern college graduates.
