On December 20, a parental hour was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, dedicated to the acute problem of modernity – bullying and cyberbullying among adolescents. The purpose of the event was to raise awareness of parents about this problem, teach them to recognize the signs of bullying and help children cope with this difficult situation.

During the meeting, parents were familiarized with the concept of bullying and cyberbullying, their types and manifestations. Experts stressed that bullying is not just a childish prank, but a serious problem that can lead to serious psychological consequences for victims.

Particular attention was paid to cyberbullying – bullying on the Internet. Parents were explained how to protect their children from online aggression, what security settings to set on social networks and how to conduct an open dialogue with teenagers about the safe use of the Internet.
