As part of anti-corruption efforts, in February of this year, legal adviser R. Mussainova briefed students and staff on feedback channels and the procedure for submitting complaints. Corrupt practices include: receiving or giving bribes; abuse of office; pressure, creating unequal conditions for students, favoritism. Attention is drawn to the channels for submitting complaints (internal – group supervisor; college administration; written request addressed to the director; Official email; hotline and external call center 1424 (toll-free, 24/7); e-government portal; contacting authorized government agencies. Meeting participants were informed of such guarantees as confidentiality, applicant protection, objective review, and a timely response. The event contributed to strengthening trust in the internal control system and raising the level of anti-corruption culture.
