On March 19, in the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, within the framework of the decade of Nauryznam, a bright and memorable festive event “Olystyk Uly kіn – Nauryz meirams!” The purpose of the event was to preserve and popularize national traditions, strengthen the sense of unity and friendship among students and teachers, as well as create a festive atmosphere on the eve of the spring equinox.

This year, Nauryz in college was held in the format of a competition. Each “aul” prepared a presentation of national dishes, a creative number, a rite or game. Folk songs and melodies sounded everywhere, creating an atmosphere of joy and fun.

Festive dastarkhans amazed with their abundance: nauryz-leather, beshbarmak, baursaki, kumys, pilaf, samsa, oriental sweets – all this demonstrated the generosity and hospitality of the Kazakh people.

The guests of the holiday enthusiastically watched the bright national traditions, and the day ended with a general treat of delicious dishes.

The celebration of Nauryz at the KPVK became a real holiday of unity and friendship, allowing students and teachers to plunge into the rich culture of the Kazakh people and feel the spirit of spring renewal.
