A unified curatorial hour entitled “How wonderful this world is” was held at Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College for students of 1-4 courses. Objective: to develop resilience, stress resistance, positive self-awareness and constructive behavior skills in problematic life situations among minors.

As part of the curatorial hour, group leaders provided 2 blocks: a conversation with watching and discussing videos, and completing practical tasks. During the curatorial hours, students discussed various aspects of life that make it bright and rich. They talked about how important it is to appreciate moments of happiness, find support in loved ones and friends, and how to cope with difficulties and stress that can arise in studies and life in general.

Particular attention was paid to self-help methods and supporting each other. Students shared their stories, discussed how they cope with negative emotions and find inspiration in the world around them. We also looked at examples of successful people who overcame difficulties and found their calling, which became an excellent motivating factor for all participants.

An important part of the event was the discussion of resources where you can turn for help in difficult times. Group leaders introduced students to helplines, psychological services and other organizations that are ready to support those who are experiencing difficulties.

Such curatorial hours help create an atmosphere of trust and openness in our college. It is important that each student knows that he is not alone and can always turn to for support.

Remember that life is beautiful, and there is always room for hope and joy in it!
