Freud’s Children Psychological Club

On December 18, 2024, a session was held with the students of the “Freud’s Children” psychological club on the topic of “Active Listening.” The goal of the session was to develop active listening skills to improve students’ communication abilities, foster empathy, and strengthen interaction within the group.

During the meeting, psychologists T.V. Naumenko and S.G. Utebekova explained to the students the main principles of active listening: paying full attention to the speaker, providing non-verbal support, paraphrasing to clarify what was said, using clarifying questions, showing empathy, and reflecting to summarize the conversation.

The session was attended by 16 students, who actively participated, asked questions, and shared their impressions.
