On January 9, 2025, a lecture hall for teachers on the topic “Causes and Consequences of Bullying” was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.

The purpose of this event is to increase the professional competence of teachers in recognizing signs of bullying in the student environment, as well as to study effective algorithms for responding and preventing conflict situations.

The event was attended by teachers of general education and special disciplines, leaders of training groups, as well as specialists from the psychological and pedagogical support service of the college.

During the event, psychological portraits of bullying participants (aggressor, victim and observers) were analyzed in detail. Particular attention was paid to hidden forms of psychological pressure and cyberbullying. Participants discussed practical cases, studied the legal aspects of responsibility for bullying, and developed recommendations for creating a safe and supportive atmosphere in training groups.

At the end of the event, the opinions of teachers on the importance of early diagnosis of interpersonal conflicts were heard. The participants noted that the knowledge gained will help them more effectively build trust with students and timely suppress any form of discrimination.
