On January 29, 2025, career guidance work was held in Druzhbinskaya Secondary School for students of two 9th grades. The event on the conscious choice of a future profession was held by a teacher of the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College Uaisova M.M.
The meeting was attended by 40 students who participated with great interest in the discussion of current issues related to the choice of profession. Uaisova M.M. spoke about modern trends in the labor market, popular specialties and the importance of professional self-determination. As part of the event, a survey was conducted to help schoolchildren better understand their interests, abilities and inclinations.
Particular attention was paid to issues of admission to colleges, as well as opportunities for additional education. Students received useful recommendations and information materials that will help them in their future choice of profession.
The career guidance work carried out caused a positive response among schoolchildren and teachers. Uaisova M.M. noted that such events play an important role in developing students’ conscious approach to choosing their future professional path. The school administration expressed gratitude to M.M. Uaisova for organizing and holding the event, as well as for her contribution to the development of students’ professional self-determination.
