On November 27, 2024, a meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. The event was attended by the director, representatives of the college administration, invited guests – representatives of partner companies such as: JSC Bayan Sulu, EPK-forfait, KamLit KZ LLP, GC Expert LLP.
The main achievements of the outgoing year were announced, including the successful implementation of educational projects, strengthening the material and technical base of the college, expanding cooperation with industrial partners and holding professional competitions. Particular attention was paid to the development of dual education, which made it possible to prepare students taking into account the real needs of the labor market.
The participants discussed strategic areas of activity, including further modernization of curricula, attracting new partners and active participation in state educational initiatives. It was proposed to expand interaction with international partners to increase the competitiveness of graduates. During the discussion, key performance indicators were considered, by which the college is assessed at the national level. Those present discussed ways to improve the rating, focusing on improving the quality of educational services, improving graduate employment and strengthening scientific activities.
The director of the college, Katkenov Kussaiyn Amangeldinovich, presented a detailed report on the work done over the year. Both successes and areas requiring additional attention were noted. Among the achievements are a high percentage of graduate employment in their specialty, successful accreditation of new educational programs and active participation of students in national and international competitions.

In conclusion of the meeting, the participants expressed confidence that the joint efforts of the Board of Trustees, the college administration and partners will strengthen the college’s leadership position in the educational sphere and provide its graduates with high prospects in the labor market.
