On January 12, 2024 the meeting of the Pedagogical Council № 6 (3) on the theme “Modern approaches to the development of educational programs according to the results of the study of functional analysis of specialties of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College” was held. The purpose of the meeting: analysis of professional competencies of students in planning the educational process of educational programs implemented in the college.

Analytical and planning pedagogical council is aimed at solving the following tasks:

1. Examine the main documents that define the content and outcomes of learning activities.

2. Consider modern approaches to the development of learning outcomes. 

3. Analyze the current learning outcomes in educational programs.

4. Consider effective systems for assessing the achievement of learning outcomes.

5. Perform a functional analysis of professional activity.

6.To consider the necessary formed professional competencies of students.

7. Identify learning outcomes in the educational program.

8. To study the best practices in the industry, enterprise and job description of the specialist.

The agenda of our pedagogical council is defined as the implementation of step-by-step steps in the development of educational programs based on the results of the study of functional analysis of specialties. College director Katkenov K.A. familiarized the teaching staff and employees with the vectors of development of intelligent systems in education in the near future.

In her report the deputy director for academic work I.A. Scherbakova disclosed aspects of transformation of the content of technical and vocational education taking into account the requirements of the labor market. In continuation of the theme of the report, the head of the educational department Ibraeva S.J. presented the algorithm of development of educational programs of technical and vocational education. At the same time, heads of departments Balguzhinova J.E., Kusainova D.B., Taikova G.L., Lazarev R.N. presented a functional analysis of professional activities in the specialties of the college.

In the discussion part of the meeting teachers and administration of the college discussed the features of educational programs of the college and best practices in the industry, ways to reflect them in the programs.
