As part of the implementation of the “Birtutas terbiye” Program, as well as the implementation of the “Reading College” project, in Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, teacher Amantaeva S.K., for 1st year students, a literary case was held on the topic “Reading Abai’s “Words of Edification”. The purpose of the event: The ability to evaluate your actions and those of others, taking into account the equality of rights and responsibilities of all participants in the process. The ability to fulfill your obligations efficiently and on time, realizing the importance of each task in the overall result.

Objectives of the event:

1. Ability to work in a team, respect the opinions and positions of others and strive to achieve common goals.

2. Willingness to accept and correct mistakes, if they were made, and be responsible for the results of your work.

3. Awareness of responsibility for the preservation and prosperity of the state

During the event, the speakers commented on their vision of the “Words” they read, considered the moral and ethical issues addressed by the great Abai in his book of words, wrote out key words; based on the key words, they designated the theme; formulated the idea of ​​the work.

Having touched upon the immortal lines of Abai, the students saw many aspects of modern problems. In their speeches, the guys were able to reveal the content of the book from the point of view of cultural and educational significance for the current generation. We hope that everyone will turn to this book of the Great Abai more than once, striving for self-improvement and preservation of spiritual heritage, since this poet is always in tune with the times.
