In November 2025, the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, a state-owned enterprise under the Education Department of the Kostanay Region Akimat, officially received candidate status in UNESCO clubs. This significant achievement is the result of the dedicated work of the team and confirmation of the high level of educational, cultural, and social activities of the college. The decision to grant UNESCO Candidate Club status was made at an expanded meeting of the Board of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs, which underscores the trust and recognition at the national level.

Joining the international UNESCO movement opens up new horizons for the college in terms of cooperation, exchange of experience, and implementation of global initiatives. This is a step that unites our college with a large international family of like-minded people who strive to develop culture, humanistic values, and quality education. Candidate status is not just an honorary title, but a serious responsibility that involves active participation in UNESCO’s educational, cultural, and social projects.

We are confident that the college’s activities within the UNESCO movement will be rich, productive, and inspiring. The projects implemented will be vivid examples of creative interaction, and partnerships with other clubs will be strong and effective.
