College lecturers Kabduali D.S. and Kuzhakhmetova A.Zh. held a career guidance session with students of the KSU “Secondary School No. 21 of the Education Department of Kostanay City,” aimed at helping graduating students choose their future profession and educational pathway.

During the meeting, the students were thoroughly introduced to the list of specialties offered by the college. The lecturers spoke about the specifics of the educational process, employment prospects, and opportunities for professional growth. Special attention was paid to in-demand fields of study and practice-oriented training.

The students were also presented with the official college website and its social media pages, where up-to-date information on admission rules, the educational process, student life, competitions, and events is published. They were shown how to quickly find the necessary information and ask questions in an online format.

At the conclusion of the career guidance meeting, a survey of prospective applicants was conducted. The purpose of the survey was to identify students’ professional interests, their level of awareness, and their preferences when choosing a specialty. The results obtained will be used for further career guidance activities and to improve interaction with future applicants.

The meeting helped broaden students’ understanding of the opportunities in vocational and professional education and contributed to taking another step toward a conscious and informed choice of a future career.
