Psychology of Recognition: How Freud’s Kids Club Congratulated College on March 8

On March 5-6, 2026, a series of interactive activity posters organized by members of the Freud Children psychological club and timed to coincide with International Women’s Day was held at Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.

The purpose of this event is to create a respectful environment in the educational institution, socially reinforce positive values   and create conditions for a deep emotional response and a sense of community among students and employees.

The event was attended by students of all courses, teachers, as well as the administration and technical staff of the college.

During the event, two interactive platforms worked:

Recognition of Contribution poster: Participants were asked to answer the question, “What do you want our college women to be valued for more often?.” Everyone wrote down their thoughts on stickers. The psychological meaning of the action was to publicly recognize the merits of women and create an atmosphere of support.

Poster “Living Example”: here the participants answered the question: “What did a woman teach me in my life?” Students shared stories of specific skills, support and life lessons learned from moms, grandmothers, teachers and girlfriends, which helped create a warm, trusting atmosphere without too much pathos.

Such actions make you think about the importance of everyday good attitude.
