One of the important areas of educational work in educational institutions is the prevention of offenses among minors. One of the most common violations is the presence of teenagers in public places or entertainment venues at night without the supervision of their legal representatives.
According to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, namely Article 442, restrictions are established on the presence of minors at night.
In accordance with this legal provision, minors are prohibited from being:
- in entertainment establishments (cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, computer clubs, etc.) from 22:00 to 06:00 without the supervision of parents or legal guardians;
- outside their homes from 23:00 to 06:00 without the supervision of legal representatives.
These restrictions are introduced to ensure the safety of children and adolescents, prevent offenses, and protect their life and health.
We urge students to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, take care of their personal safety, and remember that staying outside at night without adult supervision may lead not only to administrative liability but also pose a threat to life and health.
Dear parents! We kindly ask you to pay attention to your children’s leisure time and their whereabouts, especially in the evening and at night.
Compliance with the law and the shared responsibility of families and educational institutions are important conditions for creating a safe and supportive environment for youth development.
