“Effective Communication”

On February 18, 2026, the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College hosted a meeting titled “Effective Communication,” organized by the “Biz Birgemiz” volunteer movement.

The event was attended by 10 students who are active members of the “Biz Birgemiz” psychological volunteering group. The primary goal of the meeting was to develop students’ interpersonal skills, strengthen their emotional well-being, and enhance their self-regulation abilities.

During the session, particular emphasis was placed on fostering an atmosphere of trust among the volunteers and creating a positive psychological mindset. Activities in this area help reduce internal tension among volunteers and enable them to build communications within the social environment more freely.
