On December 22, 2025, Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College held the closing event and award ceremony of the “Best New Year Classroom Decoration” contest as part of the “The Holiday Is Coming to Us” program. The event aimed to create a festive atmosphere in classrooms, develop the creative abilities of students and teachers, and strengthen team spirit.

Students from all academic years took part in the contest. During the event, participants presented their decorated classrooms, shared their ideas, and spoke about the materials used and the concept behind their New Year decorations. When evaluating the entries, the jury considered creativity, the quality and neatness of the decorations, the harmony of design elements, and compliance with the New Year theme.

The winning classrooms stood out for their bright and well-thought-out designs, originality of ideas, and attention to detail. The students demonstrated creativity, initiative, the ability to work as a team, and strong presentation skills.

The “Best New Year Classroom Decoration” contest became an important part of the holiday preparations, bringing students and teachers together and giving all participants many positive emotions.
