On December 22, 2025, a socio-psychological action “The color of my mood” was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.

The purpose of this event is to create a favorable psychological climate in the educational institution, to develop self-reflection skills among students and teachers, as well as to popularize the activities of the psychological service of the college within the framework of the Decade of Psychology.

The event was attended by students of all courses, teachers and college staff. The organizers and active participants of the action were members of the psychological club “Freud’s Children.”

An interactive booth was set up in the college lobby during the event. Anyone could express their current emotional state by selecting and sticking a sticker with the characters of the popular cartoon “Puzzle.” Each hero corresponded to a certain color and emotion: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Fear, etc. Participants joined the process with interest, discussing their feelings and exchanging positive wishes with each other.

At the end of the event, the opinions of students and teachers were heard. Participants noted that such simple but colorful activity helped them momentarily distract from the educational process, realize their mood and recharge with positive emotions for the entire school day.
