Choosing a profession is one of the most important decisions in a person’s life, determining their future. To help 9th grade teachers learn the basics of choice, on December 18, 2025, a teacher at Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, N.A. Gorpenko, held a career guidance meeting at the Alikhan Bokeikhan School.

 During the discussion, parents received information about the specialties offered by colleges, conditions, prospects for further education and the demand for graduates in the labor market. They also talked about the intense and exciting student life, opportunities for self-realization in creative, scientific and sports disciplines.

Such meetings help parents to improve the educational quality of their children, which contributes to a conscious and correct choice of a future profession.
