Choosing a profession is an urgent problem that high school students always face, and now it is becoming particularly relevant due to the changes taking place in our society. Students have little information about many new professions, and traditional professions are undergoing significant changes.       

On December 24, 2024, teachers of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, A.K. Seitkalieva and T.K. Zhumagulova, conducted career guidance among 9th grade students of the Abai Secondary School.

The teachers conducted explanatory work on the specialties, the rules for accepting documents, showed image videos and presentations about the college, distributed information leaflets.

School graduates were interested and asked a lot of questions, in particular: tuition fees, coverage of sports sections, employment and other issues.
