On December 4, the next meeting of the members of the psychological club “Freud’s Children” took place within the walls of our college. The topic of our meeting today was devoted to the disclosure of inner potential and the development of personal resources. To begin with, we created an atmosphere of trust and safety so that each participant could feel comfortable and open. Then we proceeded to the practical part of our meeting. The first stage was the implementation of a series of psychological exercises aimed at developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence. The participants plunged into the process with great enthusiasm, shared their feelings and discoveries. The next stage was art therapy. We used various materials and techniques to express their emotions and inner world through creativity. Drawing helped the participants better understand themselves and their needs. We paid special attention to the exercises on resources. Each of us has unique strengths and potential. During these exercises, the participants were able to realize their resources and find new ways to use them in everyday life. At the end of the meeting, we held a reflection, discussed the results obtained and shared our impressions. Participants noted that the meeting was very useful and helped them to better understand themselves and others.
