On November 20, 2024, in the cozy atmosphere of the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, another meeting of members of the psychological club “Freud’s Children” was held. The topic of our meeting today was devoted to deep immersion in the world of one’s own emotions and the unconscious. The purpose of this event was to create a safe space for self-knowledge and development of club members, as well as the practical application of various psychological techniques and methods. All willing club members, ready for new discoveries and personal growth, took an active part in the meeting. During the event, we conducted a series of exciting psychological exercises aimed at developing emotional awareness, improving interpersonal relationships and increasing self-esteem. Participants completed the tasks with great interest, shared their impressions and emotions. Particular attention was paid to projective techniques that allow us to look into the depths of the unconscious and better understand our internal conflicts and motives. The club members created their unique images and stories with great enthusiasm, which became the starting point for further work on themselves. At the end of the event, we summed up and discussed the results. The participants shared their impressions and realizations, and also expressed a desire to continue their research in the field of psychology. The result of the event was new knowledge, deep experiences and strengthening of connections between the club members. We were convinced that psychology is not just a science, but a tool for personal growth and development.
