Choosing a profession is a problem of choosing a way of life. In working with graduates for the right choice, and individual consultations, talks about the profession, the importance of specialties are held. We also invite students to various events held within the walls of the college: “Open Day”, “Professional orientation Olympiad”, conferences, round tables, competitions on IT technologies, etc.

On the base of the Kostanay Higher Polytechnic College, the regional WorldSkills Championship was held, which was visited by pupils of the regional schools. When visiting the base competition sites, the students not only received information about the profession, but also could make sure that they can master practical skills in the college. The experts told full information about the specialty, about the prospects of programming on «Web Design» Tulegenov Yerkebulan and Davydov Alexander. Shrаiber Oksana and Nuzhin Valentin, experts on electrical wiring, devoted unlimited possibilities of the future energy sector. Teachers of the special disciplines Matvienko Julia and Kumarova Gulbanu told about competencies related to the evaluation of grain quality and confectionery business.

The students visited the college museum, leaving their wishes in the guest book. The head of the foreign language classroom Omarova Aiymgul provided interesting information on international cooperation, on the possibility of training in foreign educational institutions.

Students Shutorbaev Ahriman and Khamitov Abilmansur answered guests’ questions and talked about student life.
