The leadership of Kostanay Polytechnic College in the person of the Director Dochshanova A. I. in connection with the implementation of the quality management system focuses on the training of teachers. The quality management system contributes to providing quality educational services in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and is the basis for production of competitive specialists for the labour market. Teachers of special disciplines and the internal auditors of the QMS have passed refresher courses on new directions in the field of technical regulation, Metrology and management systems, conformity assessment and accreditation that was organized on the initiative of the Committee for technical regulation and Metrology under the State program of industrial-innovative development. Deputy director of General Republican state enterprise “KazInST” of Committee of technical regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of investments and development of Kazakhstan Elikbaev K. N. in his report, introduced students to principles, characteristics and priority areas of technical regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Rapporteur in his presentation paid attention to the review sites of the Committee for technical regulation and Metrology of the website of the Eurasian economic Commission and the Unified state Fund of NTD. Head of training centre “Service of preparation for accreditation and certification” Estaev E. S. was acquainted with the state and development of accreditation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the seminar were discussed the issues of conducting internal audits in the organization. Chief specialist, expert-auditor on management systems G. K. Karimova acquainted participants of the seminar changes in the new version of ISO 9001:2016, focused on the principles of the process approach, the assessment of performance.

Participation in courses of improvement of qualification, information on national and international standards facilitates the consolidation of learning and improve the competence of teachers in the quality management system implemented in the College. After the seminar, the students received certificates.
