In the period from 09/28 to 09/29, the regional championship Worldskills Kostanay -2020 in competence 40 Graphic design was held on the basis of the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. This competence was attended by 7 participants from different colleges and universities of the Kostanay region.

Participants were required to demonstrate the following skills:

• create, analyze and develop a visual response to communication problems, including understanding of hierarchy, typography, aesthetics and composition
• create, manipulate and optimize images for printing
• analyze the target market and the supplied product
• create an idea that matches the target market
• consider the influence of each element added during the design process

According to the results of the regional championship, worthy winners were determined. Results of Worldskills Kostanay Championship in competencies 40 Graphic design:

       1^st place – Shaikamalova Altynai Sergeevna,Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College

       2^nd place – Zakharov Lev Germanovich, Kostanay Construction College

       3^rdplace – Shepetovskaya Evgeniya Sergeevna, Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical college
