Being healthy is the new black!

Nowadays, a healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more popular, namely playing sports, observing hygiene rules, taking care of your health, giving up bad habits. Our health directly depends on ourselves and on how we treat ourselves. Within the framework of the World Health Day, a lecture on the topic “Being healthy is the new black!” was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College on the 4th of April.

 The purpose of the event was to promote a healthy lifestyle, familiarize students with physical activity. During the event, the medical worker of the college Muldagalieva A.R. told that proper nutrition, physical activity, regular rest support and strengthen the body. At the end of the event, Aigul Ramazanovna gave the following recommendations:

 To be healthy you need:

1 Do morning exercises, exercise.

2 Take care of immunity, temper.

3 Eat healthy food, avoid unhealthy foods.

 4 Maintain healthy family traditions, avoid stress.
